Scoutmasters should bring their ASMs and SPL to this free dinner. Very important and vital information about the 2008 season as well as changes in medical forms will be discussed in an effort to make your check-in as well as your week a great experience for leaders and youth alike. Beaver Day is May 3 at Wakpominee and units should RSVP to Ranger Matt at the Camp Office 518-792-0897. Camp wintered well, but we really need some help to get it ready for the summer season. Please make us part of your spring service projects. Lunch is Free on Saturday. Matt's email wakranger@hughes.net If you want to make it a weekend the Wakpominee Chapter is sponsoring the weekend and a $10 weekend fee includes all meals, a patch and a Friday night crackerbarrel. Camping is by reservation through Matt. Soooooo, if you want a building (or Lean-to) you should contact him ASAP.

Scoutmasters, please contact Camp Director John Dwyer at wakchef@nycap.rr.com for Staff applications. John will be conducting CIT interviews on Beaver Day at Camp. Remember youth staff must have signed permission from parent/guardian as well as their Scoutmaster to be part of the Camp Wakpominee Staff! Your help would be appreciated. This is a great opportunity to advance and train youth for your troop program.
